CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

The client’s vision is translated into cohesive design presentations, moldboards, 3D models and layouts.

At this stage, we explore multiple creative directions—combining sketches, digital renderings, and curated material selections—to shape the overall concept of the client’s space. During this phase we identify the proper vendors and manufacturers to execute the project.

DESIGN DEFINITION & BUDGET APPROVAL

We finalize the design direction with detailed proposals, technical drawings, and curated product selections. At this critical milestone, we work closely with the client to confirm scope, timelines, and investment. Every decision is informed by a balance of aesthetic value and functional quality, ensuring that the client’s creative and financial expectations are perfectly aligned.
